[James] I had an idea the otehr day.. Set up a website for all the persons around the world who work in any form of customer reaching job. Everyone pays a membership fee each month, and this moeny goes into a pot. Then when a tech support perosn has a customer who really doesn't get it, they can use the money in the pot to hire a hitman..
